Our free estimate includes a detailed cost breakdown by package — structure, finishes, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous. We visit your site, take measurements, and provide a written quote within 3 working days.

A standard 1,500–2,000 sq.ft house typically takes 8–12 months from foundation to handover, depending on the package and weather conditions. We provide a contractual completion date before work begins.

Minor changes (wall positioning, room dimensions) can be accommodated up to the slab stage at no extra cost. Structural changes after slab completion may incur additional charges. All changes are documented and signed off.

Yes — for all residential projects, we include a Vastu review with our in-house expert at no cost. This covers entrance direction, kitchen placement, master bedroom orientation, and the pooja room.

We follow a stage-linked payment schedule: payments linked to foundation, brickwork, Lintel, Roof, plastering, and finishing stages. You only pay at the start of each stage. No large advance demands.
