Mr. S. Prakash Joins as Director
Second generation takes the helm. Mr. S. Prakash expanded operations beyond Coimbatore to projects across Tamil Nadu — new systems, same values. CAD design and project tracking introduced.

Interior Design Division Launched
In-house interior design for Kovai-constructed buildings, eliminating the gap between construction and finishing.
